C1 - TRAIN FOR TRAINER - MARCH 2022

From 10 to 16 March 2022, EILM trainers from Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, Italy, Austria and Spain met in Alzira, Spain, for the EILM Train for Trainer. The aim was to show and prepare Vocational Advisors on the educational resources created by the EILM project. In particular, the VAs discovered the EILM test to measure emotional intelligence, the training program, the handbook, the training methodologies on IE and the coaching sessions. Our Vocational Advisors are now ready to test them in the field, together with young people who are looking for a job or young adults who want to re-enter the job market.
